Carobana Sauce
Choc and sugar-free 'chocolate' sauce aka Sweet Snotty Sauce!
Just four* ingredients and makes the kitchen smell delicious

How to make it |

1. Add 2 tablespoons of 'butter' per banana/child to a saucepan and melt.
2. Mash in the banana, followed by at least 2 teaspoons of carob powder to make it chocolatey. Add more if you're cooking more than 1 banana. 3. Mix and stir well to make it as sauce-y as possible. If using peanuts, add them now, as many as you like. We like to think of them as the hard bogeys in this sweet snot sauce! 4. Serve immediately with ice cream, fruit or whatever you fancy. |
